These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Jom 99 ("Platform", "We"). • Not hold more than one (1) active account at Jom 99 at any given time

Jom 99 reserves the right to carry out eligibility checks at any time and to request verification documents such as an identification card or passport. Accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any existing balance will be subject to review before a withdrawal is approved.

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) account only on the Jom 99 platform. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including claiming bonuses more than once — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

At the point of registration, you are responsible for:

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required for all withdrawals. Jom 99 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card, utility bill or bank statement for verification purposes. The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

Jom 99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All accounts are credited in MYR, and all winnings, bonuses, and balances are displayed in MYR. Jom 99 does not accept or process any foreign currency.

All deposits must come from a legitimate source that belongs to you. Jom 99 does not accept third-party deposits made on your behalf. Any attempt to deposit funds using another person's account or payment method may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: A 30x (thirty times) rollover of the bonus value is required before any withdrawal is permitted. Example: A RM100 bonus requires RM3,000 in wagers to satisfy the rollover requirement.
• Cashback bonus: No wagering required. Cashback funds are available for immediate withdrawal once credited to your account
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited unless otherwise stated

General game rules that all members must comply with:

Jom 99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, false identity verification, or suspicious activity
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Serious security threats to the platform or other members
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, Jom 99 reserves the right to withhold any associated balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Jom 99's decision upon conclusion of the investigation is final.
